Product delivery time: The guide service will be provided on the day you make the reservation. Unless the bamboo pole is in stock, the delivery date is about half a year after the order is placed.

Returns and conditions: Returns and cancellations due to customer's convenience are not possible. Returns and exchanges will only be made if the product is clearly defective.
Application expiration date: For guide services, full payment must be made 2 weeks before the reservation date.
